STORMHUNTER: Great! I was late for band practice now I'm late to get egg- Hey! What's that?
(He stops in front of a projector)
STORMHUNTER: Huh.
(He was about to press the on switch, and the projector suddenly turns on, as well as others around Manhatten, all showing a man in green)
MAN IN GREEN: Hello!! Dear Manhatten!!! I am The Riddler, the intellectual superior to all of you simple minded fellows!!
STORMHUNTER: What?
RIDDLER: Anyway, tonight I'm hosting a competition, to your so called superhero Den 10!! If he can solve my riddles, I won't bomb this city of monkeys!!! Good Night!!!
STORMHUNTER: Huh? Where is he?
(walks around, until he looks at the projector and picks it up)
STORMHUNTER: M. Project Co.
(he reverts to Den and calls Euni)
EUNI: Whatsup?
DEN: Hey Euni, I need help. Can you check how many M. Project Co. Buildings are there in Manhatten? I forgot to top up my card.
EUNI: Sure.
(Checks her computer)
EUNI: 8 in total, but there's 3 fairly near your location.
DEN: Alright thanks, bye.
EUNI: Bye.
(puts down phone and changes into Chaos)
CHAOS: Time to fly!
(Chaos flies to the first closest M. Project Co. building)
-TWO SEARCHES LATER-
Chaos: This gotta be the one.
(He opens the window)
Chaos: Come out Riddler!!
RIDDLER: Awww... So fast?
RIDDLER: I was expecting you to take longer than this! But since you're here, RIDDLE 1!!! How do you make one disappear?
CHAOS: Urmmm.... Urrrr.... Oh... Urrr....
RIDDLER: Too Late!!! You perish!!!
(Riddler flips a switch, and the floor below Chaos opens, he falls but simply flies back up, but sees the Riddler gone)
CHAOS: Great.
-THE NEXT DAY, IN SCHOOL-
EUNI: Hey Den!!
DEN: Oh, hey.
EUNI: So did you get him?
DEN: Who what huh?
EUNI: The Riddler?
DEN: Oh, him. No, his not called the Riddler for nothing I guess.
EUNI: Oh, well, tonight I'm free, I'm sure I can help you.
DEN: Sure.
EUNI: Now let's hurry up, don't wanna miss Biology class.
-LATER THAT NIGHT-
BIG CHILL: So, where would he be?
STORMHUNTER: Not sure, now with no clues, it's gonna be harder.
BIG CHILL: Oh, wait, what's that?
(Points at something dangling on a balcony)
STORMHUNTER: Don't know, let's go check.
(They go ahead to the dangling thing and see a police officer)
STORMHUNTER: Don't worry officer, we'll get you down. Hero Girl?
BIG CHILL: Sure.
(She freezes the rope, Stormhunter breaks it and she catches the officer and puts him down)
(Stormhunter un-gags the officer)
STORMHUNTER: Who did this to you?
POLICE OFFICER: The Riddler! He's crazy you know! Also, he asked me to give you these numbers: 122 245 and 133 757. I don't know what they are!
STORMHUNTER: It's okay officer, head back to your post, we'll handle it from here.
(The officer runs off)
BIG CHILL: You think they're coordinates?
NIGHTSPEED: Should be. *reverts back to Den and takes out phone* 122 245 is an abandoned warehouse of construction company in the north and 133 757 is a warehouse at the docks.
BIG CHILL: Okay, you head to the construction warehouse, I'll head to the docks warehouse.
STORMHUNTER: Alright, we'll call each other if either of us find him.
(they both head to their respective location)
-THE DOCKS-
BIG CHILL: This is the place. Time to go offense.
*slams Megatrix*
???: That's a good look on you, too bad it's not gonna help.
ELETI: Show yourself!!
???: My pleasure!
RIDDLER: Now brace yourself!!
ELETI: Huh?
(A ring of fire circle around Eleti)
ELETI: Ahhh!!!
(Eleti, drops, gasping and then faints)
(Eleti reverts back to Euni)
>-THE CONSTRUCTION SITE-
(Den calls Euni)
DEN: Hey Euni, I've got nothing, how about you?
RIDDLER: Euni's a little hung up right now.
DEN: What? Who's this? What have you-
RIDDLER: I'm sure you know who I am, and if you want your friend not extra crispy, you'd hurry.
(Hangs up)
DEN: No!!
-THE DOCKS
RIDDLER: You made it!! Your friend is safe, unless you don't answer my riddles.
NIGHTSPEED: As if!!
(Nightspeed runs towards Euni, but an energy field hits him, sending him flying back)
RIDDLER: Oh, I forgot, your friend is trapped in an electromagnetic field, you can't get her out with force.
(Nightspeed reverts back to Den)
DEN: Grrrr... Huh?
(Den sees Riddler holding a controller)
DEN: Alright, I'll play.
RIDDLER: Superb!!! First, the rules!! One!! In key location I have hidden what I call Riddler Trophies, you find them and your friend won't die.
DEN: Where are these locations?
RIDDLER: Riddles!!! I give you a riddle, and you try to guess the location. Alright, ready? Riddle one! What people are always in a hurry?
DEN: Urrrrmmmm... run , rush, rush, Russians!!! So, hmmm... ah!! The Russian Tea Room!!
RIDDLER: Ting! Correct! Well, hurry on now!
(Den turns into Chaos)
RIDDLER: Good job! See, you can do it! Now, riddle two!! What goes up white and comes down yellow and white?
DEN: White, yellow, white, urmmm... An Egg!! Wait, Anegg, the abandoned prison centre, Anegg Prison!!
(Den heads there and back with a riddler trophy)
DEN*thinking*: One more riddle, an I'll make my move.
RIDDLER: Next riddle, The man who invented it doesn't want it, the man who bought it doesn't need it, and the man who needs it doesn't know, what is it?
DEN: Urrmmm....made but doesn't want, buys but does not need means it for someone else, but needs it but not know means he's probably dead, so... A Coffin!!! The cemetary!!
(Den flies away as Chaos but goes intangible halfway through the flight and flies towards Riddler and destroys the remote)
RIDDLER: What the?
(Chaos goes tangible)
CHAOS: Game's over, Riddler.
(He punches Riddler, knocking him unconscious)
CHAOS: Euni!!
(The field dematerialised, and Euni falls, but Chaos catches her)
CHAOS: It's ok, you're safe.
EUNI*faint*: My Hero... *she smiles faintly before going back to unconciousness*
-THE NEXT MORNING-
NEWS REPORTER: Last night Edward Nigma, AKA the Riddler as he calls himself, has been found in the docks and has been arrested, some say it was thanks to our hero, Den 10...
(Den's phone rings)
DEN: Hey Euni, you ok?
EUNI: A little dizzy but alright.
DEN: Good, well whatcha call me for?
EUNI: My dad's been recieving reports of a masked figure roaming the rooftops of Manhatten, he want you to find out who or what it is.
DEN: Got it!
